Quality policy

In its own reference context and in order to reach an increase of satisfaction in its clients and of relevant requirements of other interested parts, LEAS believes in logics followed by the quality management system.

The fundamental principles that LEAS refers to are:

  • Working by respecting the relevant laws and regulations.
  • Satisfying duties of conformity and of all requirements deriving from contractual agreements signed with third parts.
  • Maintaining and improving trust relationship with clients.
  • Involving and training internal collaborators and satisfying their needs and requirements.
  • Maintaining high standard of quality in the supply of products and services.
  • Reaching technical, organisational and administrative standard of high level and increasing them according to logics of incessant improvement.
  • Optimizing processes and resources.
  • Adopting the risk-based thinking approach within the whole organization.

The present Quality policy communicated to all staff and made known to interested parts makes up the address to which all staff is required to conform during the execution of their tasks and the reference context for the planification and management of processes, the re-examination of objectives and the management of all actions made up in order to deal with risks and opportunities.
